What causes a person to be able to handle cold weather?
My roommate is always a fire so the house is 90 degrees hot. I feel bad when it’s hot. I can only go outside when it’s 15 degrees with a short-sleeved shirt and not cold. I think it has something to do with traffic. I say it’s age. I say no. I’m 32 and my father is 79 and we’re both in the same condition at this time. We can handle cold, but suffer in 90 degree + weather.
